CRASH COURSE

Our Business English Crash Courses are intensive language courses designed for professionals with intermediate or higher levels of English who lack time and need to improve their language skills for use in a business context. These courses are typically short in duration, and based on the client’s needs range from a few days to a few weeks.They are focused on practical application rather than theory. Participants will learn key language, vocabulary, and strategies for effective communication in various business settings. By the end of the course, participants should be more confident in their ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional environment.

Course Details

This course is made up of 5 modules.

Module 1: NETWORKING

During this module, participants will learn how to make meaningful connections with other professionals in a business environment. They will learn how to introduce themselves and others, start and maintain conversations, and make a positive impression. Participants will also learn how to use appropriate language and tone in different networking situations, such as business conferences, meetings, and social events. By the end of this module, participants should be able to confidently network in English and build relationships that can benefit their professional careers.

Module 2: MEETINGS

During this module, participants will learn how to participate in and lead effective meetings in English. They will learn how to prepare for meetings, including creating agendas and objectives, and how to effectively communicate their ideas and opinions in a meeting setting. Participants will also learn how to use appropriate language and tone in different meeting situations, such as brainstorming sessions, progress updates, and decision-making meetings. In this module you will also learn how to handle the planning, rescheduling and cancellation of meetings and events in different situations and registers. By the end of this module, participants should be able to confidently participate in and lead meetings. 

Module 3: NEGOTIATING

During this module, we focus on refining your language skills to navigate negotiations confidently. You will learn to craft compelling arguments, handle objections, and achieve successful outcomes. Guided by experienced instructors, you’ll explore various negotiation scenarios, enhancing your language proficiency to communicate effectively. Gain insights into cross-cultural communication and boost your confidence in English negotiation. 

Module 4: DELIVERING PRESENTATIONS

This module is tailored for those striving to enhance their English presentation skills. It focuses on refining your language precision, delivery style, and engagement strategies. We help you learn the art of structuring influential presentations, utilizing visuals to drive your message, and captivating your audience through compelling storytelling. Through interactive roleplays and personalized coaching, you’ll practice and apply practical language techniques to real-world scenarios. Geared towards professionals, this module equips you with indispensable language tools for career advancement and confident communication.

Module 5: CRAFTING EFFECTIVE EMAILS

In the fast-paced corporate landscape, effective email communication is paramount, this module is tailored to empower professionals in enhancing their email writing skills. This module focuses on instilling a deep understanding of professional email etiquette, promoting clarity and conciseness, adapting tone and style, streamlining email organization and management, and perfecting proofreading techniques. Participants will emerge equipped to craft compelling and impactful emails, fostering productive business relationships and contributing to personal and organizational success.
