Talent Talk — English for HR

Start Here — How this course works

Welcome to Talent Talk.

This course is built around the real moments of an HR job: the interview, the review, the announcement.

Work through the modules in order. Each one follows the same rhythm, so after the first module you will always know what comes next.

What you find in every module

  • Reading. A real article, adapted for your level. The key words are underlined in the text — hover over them, or tap them on your phone, to see the meaning without leaving the page. At the end of the article you will find the same words gathered in the Key vocabulary box: click the title to open it.
  • Quick Vocabulary. Eight flashcards. Tap a card to turn it over and see the definition and an example; the small speaker under each card plays the pronunciation. Come back to these often — two minutes here is worth more than twenty once a week.
  • Grammar. One explanation plus four short practice quizzes, twice per module. Do them in order.
  • Useful Language. The phrases you will actually say, grouped by moment. Every phrase has a speaker button. At the bottom there is a full conversation with the audio and the transcript: press play and read along.
  • Writing Practice. One realistic task — an email, a review summary, an announcement. You write it, and the AI corrects it in Italian, explaining perché, not just what.
  • Podcast. Real managers speaking, not a recording made for learners. Use the transcript the second time you listen.
  • Roleplay. A live conversation with an AI counterpart who plays the candidate or the colleague. You can speak out loud or write. They will not correct your English — they stay in character, so keep the conversation going.
  • Unit Review. Revision notes to read on your phone or print, with the grammar, the words and the phrases of the module in one place.
  • Module Final Quiz. Forty questions on everything above. If you have done the module, you will pass it.

Do a little, often: twenty minutes a day beats three hours on a Sunday. And do not worry about making mistakes in the roleplays — that is exactly what they are for.

How this course ends. Not with a quiz, but with a conversation. When you finish the modules you will book a live speaking session with our teaching team: a simulated interview and a simulated review, real feedback, and your certificate on approval.
