Talent Talk — English for HR is the Business English course for the people who run people. It is built for HR managers, recruiters and team leads at B1+/B2 level who have to do their job in English, not just talk about it. Eight practical modules follow the real moments of the job: writing a job description, interviewing candidates, onboarding someone who has moved country, running a performance review, holding the difficult conversation, announcing a policy, surviving the call with head office, and negotiating an offer. Every module has a real-world reading adapted from published sources, authentic audio from working professionals, with transcript, vocabulary flashcards with audio, grammar practice, an AI-corrected writing task, a roleplay with an AI counterpart who pushes back like a real person, and revision notes you can print. The course ends with The Hiring Game — nine decisions that follow one hire from the advert to the twelve-month review — and a short recorded speaking task: one of our teachers listens to it, sends you written feedback and unlocks your LingoWise certificate on approval. Talent Talk — English for HR è il corso di inglese per chi si occupa di persone. È pensato per HR manager, recruiter e team leader di livello B1+/B2 che l’inglese devono usarlo al lavoro, non solo parlarne. Otto moduli pratici seguono i momenti veri del mestiere: scrivere un annuncio, condurre un colloquio, accogliere chi arriva da un altro Paese, gestire una performance review, affrontare la conversazione difficile, annunciare una policy, reggere la call con la casa madre e negoziare un’offerta. Ogni modulo ha una lettura adattata da fonti reali, audio autentici di professionisti al lavoro, con trascrizione, flashcard di vocabolario con audio, esercizi di grammatica, un esercizio di scrittura corretto dall’AI, un roleplay con un interlocutore AI che reagisce come una persona vera, e appunti di ripasso da stampare.
